My own experiences and challenges have given me the ability to empathise, listen deeply and believe that transformations are not only possible but can lead to greater productivity and happiness.

I’m straight-talking, commercially minded and confident to say what needs to be said during difficult conversations.

I also love a good laugh, a cocktail and I’m happiest on my motorbike with my dog Baxter, heading home to my partner for a curry.
